I have been to certified auto twice trying to chase down problems I just could not tackle myself. They are super sharp and very skilled. Most importantly, they have been very communicative and called me regularly to get approval before charging more labor when working on a tricky problem to diagnose. Honest mechanics that will not overcharge you. A++

They were friendly on the phone when I asked for a quote, and were reasonably priced compared to others I'd received. A few days later I decided I wanted to come here, but their website showed their next appointment wasn't until the following week. I called just to see if they happened to have any availability sooner and they were able to get me in the next morning. They told me they may have to keep it overnight which I was fine with, but they actually ended up finishing that same afternoon. Didn't try to push any other services than what I came for and the final bill was even slightly less than expected with their first-time customer discount. Would definitely return in the future.

Very impressed that Certified can repair my old Buick when so many parts are not available anymore. If they don’t find a part they will rebuild the old one or invent a better solution.

A good and trusted auto repair shop is as important as a reliable primary care physician or dentist. I had a great first experience with certified automative. The service was great, the work was completed timely and they communicated well with me throughout the process. Great first experience!
