I've got an older car, it has it's share of problems. Certified was able to get my car in quickly, they kept me informed on when the parts came in, and the repair was done quickly. My service writer Jeff was excellent as well. When some suggested repairs on my car came up in the inspection, he brought them up but didn't push me to get them. It was an easy experience and I am likely to return with future service needs.

I have been taking different vehicles here for about 5 years now. I have had everything from a simple tire rotation to an entire upper engine rebuild done by them. They are always very thorough and professional and personable. They do great work in a timely manner and always keep you in the loop. They always get your authorization to do the work before they do it, and they have a great warranty on the work they do. Detailed paperwork and receipts show you exactly what was done and what the prices for everything were. Highly recommend this shop !!!

2022 Sept) Timing Belt, Water Pump, Power Steering Belt and Serpentine Belt, Engine Camshaft and Crankshaft Seals, Power Steering Reservoir. Car is 22 years old. Maintenance provided by Certified Auto has kept car in amazing operating condition. 2021 and prior) I purchase good quality used cars, carefully maintain them, and drive them for many years. Realizing that I make my car payments in repairs, and having learned that mechanics and repair shops that earn my trust are not only worth "keeping," but also deserve to be "shared," I am happy to tell you that I rely upon Certified Auto. I appreciate their consistent checking for problem indicators which they bring to my attention in such a way that I still have latitude in planning future repairs. I just spent close to $900 spread over two vehicles. One repair need was identified nine months ago and was done on a planned basis. A few days later I encountered a check engine light and warnings regarding the traction system. Certified investigated, there having been a possible tie to the repair just accomplished. Turned out to be an evaporation sensor warning which they thoroughly checked out and advised no action ... all at no charge. The other was the result of investigating a "new color" in a small fluid leak on the driveway ... led to discovering a motor mount problem. My high recommendation of Certified is not based upon an isolated experience.

DEALERSHIP YOU CAN TRUST, we came in to certified with a dead car. After we had used jiffy lube to fix our car a week prior. Not only did Jeff get everything handled in getting the car running! He also helped get jiffy lube to pay and change the battery out that was warrantied. He went above and beyond communicating with their store owner to get my car taken care of. His team effectively and efficiently got us on the road as soon as they could. Moved mountains to make it happen. Worthy of the 5 star review.

Always a good experience

Took the wife’s vehicle here at Certified Automotive for check engine light. Cylinder 3 was mifiring. They fixed the problem and got the vehicle back to us a couple days earlier than expected. Vehicle runs as good as new again. Thanks Certified Automotive for excellent service!
