This was a great experience at Certified Automotive. Jeff and the rest of the team were so professional and efficient, not to mention friendly! I was in and out of there in no time. This shop has a family owned feeling. While waiting, the staff interacted with each other with respect and humor. It was very obvious that the employees enjoy not only the clients but each other too. The staff pay attention to detail, ask clarifying questions, explain services, call if there are any additional problems identified, go over charges and make sure that I’ve agreed to the service and fees.

Nothing but amazing things to say! I was told by another auto shop that I needed my timing belt replaced and my brakes done. I called 2 other shops and was told the same thing as well. Right when I called Certified Automotive they informed me that my Acura doesn't even have a timing belt, only a chain. I ended up calling Acura and they verified that my car indeed didn't have a belt. This saved me over $1,000 and they were the only shop that was honest and knowledgeable! I'll be honest, I don't know 💩about cars, but they didn't take advantage of that (which is a big deal). Additionally, they gave me the best price out of all the shops I called on replacing my brakes. I was able to make an appointment for the next day over the phone. They called me multiple times to give me an update on my car. When I arrived to get my car they were extremely kind and helpful. Their building is also very clean and organized. This place is honest and offers great pricing! I will definitely be back again and will recommend this place to anyone.

Replaced front axles, boots; replaced windshield wipers; emissions. They were great - good customer service, knowledgeable, explained things so I understood.

Great shop to have my car brakes fixed. I am impressed by their knowledge and customer service. They took the time to explain the details of the problem and allow me to choose the options I would like to go with. It’s a place I trust and will definitely go back for future services.
