Kind, honest, professional and straight forward. I went in for ac repair and they provided a detailed inspection report on everything that had to be done on my car in order of urgency. They offer advice but they never pressured me. I will definitely go back there for regular maintenance.

The service here is awesome. Would recommend anyone to come here for all services including oil changes and tires.

The shop helped me get a hybrid problem solved with minimal charge. Hybrids are a handful to fix. When it required warranty work the aid in getting that done at the dealership was also helpful.

I've been going to this Certified Auto for at least five years now, and they're always professional, honest, and friendly. I've never had to worry about anything with these guys, and I'm grateful for that because I know about as much about cars as I do about astrophysics!
