I was a drop in for emissions testing. They were very polite and super quick. I would definitely recommend them.

When my car malfunctioned near Salt Lake City on a cross country trip, I called Certified Automotive and they they were able to look at my Toyota relatively quickly. These guys really know their stuff and they were able to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road in a couple of hours. I had no further issues on my drive back to Wisconsin. Although they knew I was from out of state they treated me like a local repeat customer. If I lived in the Salt Lake City area this would be the place I would take all my cars for service.

Needed air conditioner serviced, transmission serviced, power steering serviced, emissions test and an oil change. Certified Automotive carefully explained what needed to be done and the costs of all products used and labor cost, giving me the chance to ok or veto everything. They were great at calling me to give progress, problems found and time to be finished. They even took me home and picked me up when the car was finished, when I had no one to pick me up. The car now runs great, and the air conditioning is cold! Great place to get quality work.
