My 2009 Ford Focus had a check engine light come on. Certified Auto checked it out, and the car needed a new temperature sensor to avoid overheating. They got the work done quickly, with price quotes and updates. It cost less than their original quote!

Predictably reliable service, and advisement that I trust. No high pressure sales pitch when presented with items that need attention. I drive past a lot of automotive service businesses to get to Certified for a reason.

I have been fortunate to have been referred to Certified Automotive by a friend. The experience was as easy as having a warped engine head could be. They kept me informed as the work was completed. I have never really experienced an automotive service company that really does care about the customer. Thank you guys! I will be back but for regular maintenance, not the big stuff!!

I was passing through town driving my kid to university and needed a quick re-charge of my AC. They took me immediately, explained the potentialities of going with a simple re-charge rather than a diagnostic of my system, all in a very friendly and understanding way. They did not pressure me to decide one way or another. They performed the re-charge service in 45 minutes. I am back on the road and all is well. If I am ever passing through SLC again and need work on my car, I will go there again. For sure.
