Very professional people, respectful and organized. Even though I only had to get a hydrocarbons test done on my truck which revealed certain issues only fixable in a Ford dealership, Jeff and Richard were very receptive and with a good flow of communication by phone, email and in person form the beginning. They told me exactly when to bring my truck so I wouldn't have to wait for days in line and waste time. They were also recommended to me by RepairPal through my Warranty Company. They pinpointed the special type of repair needed by my truck, to help me not waste money. They advised me with certain repairs available only in a dealership. I appreciate their honesty and transparent work-policy to save customers time and money. I have been a customer of Certified Auto for a long time. Fortunately, the culture which was established many years back has been sustained through changes in ownership and flourishes today. Having arranged the purchase of a 1995 GMC Suburban with 200,000 miles for a son, I brought the vehicle in for a complete look. I had provided a long list, with the confidence that I could ask them to judge which services and repairs were needed. There were major leaks to deal with, some dysfunction, and many unknowns. This trust factor has been extremely important for me over the years. They once again delivered on every detail. They deemed some services not needed. Others were tailored to the age of the vehicle. There was an appreciated workaround on some rusted transmission lines. All leaks were addressed, including two sources which had not been previously identified. Some of the front-end linkage replacements, which necessarily had been installed the previous day in another county because the vehicle could not be driven without this work being done, were found to be loose and were dealt with (without charge) just in the normal course of doing the work I had requested. I was once again thrilled with the work this team delivered!
