It was my first time at Certified Automotive and I had a good experience. They were able to drive me home from the shop which was a total life saver! They were really clear, kind, and professional when telling me what was up with my car. It ended up being a fat chunk of change (more than was originally estimated) since my AC was in worse shape than first thought, but hey that’s cars for you. It was a repair I was needing for a long time so it was about time I got it fixed. Thanks guys!

The folks at Certified Automotive were very friendly! After their inspection, they clearly explained to me their findings and didn’t pressure me into making a decision or talk down to me. In the end I decided to have them replace my AC system, and they completed the work and removed the inspection fee from the final invoice (greatly appreciated!). Now my AC is working like brand new!
