Very professional people, respectful and organized. Even though I only had to get a hydrocarbons test done on my truck which revealed certain issues only fixable in a Ford dealership, Jeff and Richard were very receptive and with a good flow of communication by phone, email and in person form the beginning. They told me exactly when to bring my truck so I wouldn't have to wait for days in line and waste time. They were also recommended to me by RepairPal through my Warranty Company. They pinpointed the special type of repair needed by my truck, to help me not waste money. They advised me with certain repairs available only in a dealership.
