We've taken our work delivery van to this location a half dozen times. They are so easy to work with and so friendly. They are also quick and thorough.

Having been a patron of Certified Automotive in the past, I took my vehicle there for brake pad replacement that was suggested by dealership service team at last oil change. I was appreciative of the second opinion provided by Certified Automotive who advised that I likely had another 1-2 years of wear left on the brake pads and no service was necessary at this time. Realizing they could have easily just proceeded with the pad replacement without additional questions, I am thankful for the integrity and, moving forward, will be migrating my vehicle's routine maintenance from the dealer to Certified Automotive.

The service I received was thorough, expertise, and directed openly towards the health of my vehicle. They did a quality full service on my car that no commercial car shop would have done. Gave me needed legal support as well. These guys get it done.
