Salt Lake City auto repair

I've been going to Certified Auto for over a year now, and they're always honest and professional. Two days ago, I took my car in bc the hatch was stuck. They could've charged me a lot of money, but instead were very honest, and in fact wanted to under charge me!

My car broke down during a cross country trip heading from CA to IA. Zach and Jeff fixed my alternator and provided me with outstanding customer service. Honest work at a honest price. Highly recommend.

I had a basic oil change and received fast, friendly service at a very reasonable price. They recommended future maintenance based on the free routine inspection but didn’t try to up-sell all the extras like chain places often do, just gave it to me straight. Will be definitely be going back!

Jeff and the rest of the group genuinely cared about helping us find the solution to our vehicle challenges. They were engaging and honest.

Had to change my appointment numerous times and Jeff and Richard got me in acting like their schedule was clear even though they had a full lot. They are awesome and recommend to anyone!!!

Zach at certified was very professional. Fixed my car with what was actually wrong with my car. The dealership had diagnosed my car with multiple wrong issues. I appreciated up to date and honest communication I received at certified.
