Zach at certified was very professional. Fixed my car with what was actually wrong with my car. The dealership had diagnosed my car with multiple wrong issues. I appreciated up to date and honest communication I received at certified.

Booked an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. They were friendly, professional and to the point. Took about an hour. Afterwards, they communicated any problems found and sent me with a detailed list of everything inspected. Plus, their referral program ain’t too shabby!

I am so happy with Certified Automotive! I always feel like I am charged appropriately, not pressured into extra repairs, and these guys are quick! Both times I have had my car in I get it back good as new same day for under 400 dollars! After years of only taking my cars to dealerships for repairs, being over charged and treated poorly I am so happy that I found Certified Automotive and 100% recommended them for auto needs!
