Certified Auto has cared for this automobile since I purchased it in 2004, and I have never had any reason to question the quality of their service. During this visit they made what could have been a very expensive repair into a very inexpensive one because they were willing to spend extra time and effort to come up with a creative solution that benefited me, when they could have foisted an easy, but expensive, one on me.

Amazing service here, and they were always upfront about prices without having to ask. They got me in within minutes of my call & arrival, and then replaced my exhaust pipes within the work day. I was so relieved to have such fast, and transparent work done on my vehicle. Plus, they shuttled me home and even back to their location so that I didn't have to worry about transit or ride-share. Very impressed.

I needed a pre-purchase used car inspection and these guys were able to do it very quickly and at a great price. I was very happy with the service and the staff. I ended up buying the car and this may be the shop I take it to for follow up service.

These guys are great with there customer service and are always looking for ways to make sure you are taken care of. Truly love their 100 point inspection which lets me know of things that are or could be a problem. Will always recommend to my friends to go to Certified Automotive!!

This shop is the best in the Salt Lake Valley.

I have been going to certified for all my automotive work... for many years, and many different cars. They are thorough and the very best example of what an automotive shop should be. They do root cause analysis so there is never a "well we changed this part out, but it still doesn't work" I highly recomend.
