I always return and I am always satisfied.

I was a mess because I didn't have towing and Richard was nice enough to give me a fair price! They got the piece to their shop less than an hour and fixing it today!!! Think a found a mechanic shop! Richard is a funny guy and his staff is very helpful.

I've been going to Certified Auto for about a year now, and they've been fantastic. Richard set up a plan for me to get all the work done on my car that I needed. They're friendly, professional, and I feel like my car is in great hands.

I was thrilled with the service provided. Certified Automotive started impressing me right on the first call. They showed interested on the problem I had with my vehicle, had a quick diagnostic done and offered competitive prices to get he problem resolved. Moreover, they kept updated daily about the status of my vehicle. This is a mechanic shop to keep for life. I would suggest to anyone looking for decent and professional mechanic to check this shop. -Marck B.

Certified Automotive is overpriced. I ended up finding a place much cheaper and taking my car there. I was a paying customer, so I assumed they would keep my car on their lot, yet they offered to recycle my car for me and sell it for parts! No thank you! Certified was just where Triple AAAA happened to tow me. I'm from up North, Davis County, and I found a place that was cheaper up there so I had it towed up there. The second that Certified Automotive found out I wasn't going to have my car repaired with them they cut off the water to the waiting room by having the Culligan man come in and shut it off so I would go thirsty, with no apologies. Talk about terrible customer service! Also, they have a bad racist attitude. Don't get your car done here unless you want to overpay for everything.
