Fine as usual

I called in the morning to ask if I could get my van in for an oil change that day. I hadn't used this shop before, but it is so conveniently located to my work. They set a time for me, text me a reminder and when I was running late, continued to work around my schedule. I was able to leave the van and wasn't in a hurry, but they completed it quickly anyway. The best part -- the gesture that I was so impressed with is when I was paying. They asked me if this was my first visit with them, and when I responded "yes", they automatically gave me $25 off my bill. I was ready and willing to pay full price, but they definitely know the way to create a lasting customer. I will go there again for sure.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I feel the price, repair, and care my car was given was terrific. I will return.

I drive clear across this congested valley to get work done on my cars at Certified Automotive for one reason-INTEGRTY They have been in business for many decades largely for that same reason. If you want the cheapest price in town you might want to go somewhere else(and possibly have to pay twice because it wasn’t done correctly the first time) If you know the value of experienced technicians hand picked by a business owner that believes in quality service and quality parts then look no further than Certified Automotive.

I made an appt. to have the transmission fluid changed in my 2012 Prius. I was impressed by how clean the shop was and the candor of the employees that checked me in. My cost was quoted at about $240, but came in about $100 less because there was no need to flush the transmission repeatedly. They could have very easily just went with their original statement and collected the $240, but they were honest and as a result, in my mind, got a deal. I will definitely be going back to Certified Automotive and will refer friends and family.
