Salt Lake City auto repair

I made an appt. to have the transmission fluid changed in my 2012 Prius. I was impressed by how clean the shop was and the candor of the employees that checked me in. My cost was quoted at about $240, but came in about $100 less because there was no need to flush the transmission repeatedly. They could have very easily just went with their original statement and collected the $240, but they were honest and as a result, in my mind, got a deal. I will definitely be going back to Certified Automotive and will refer friends and family.

I called these guys on a whim for a diagnosis, they offered a great price & were able to fit me in when I was available. They also offered free shuttle service to get home and back so I didnt have to figure that out. The experience these guys offered greatly exceeded my expectations. They not only solved the issue I went in there for, but they informed me of everything else my car was in need of, but not in a pushy way. Great guys, excellent service! Told me everything wrong with my car with no pressure to have all the work done. They were a little far out for me but provided a convenient shuttle. The shuttle was right on time to pick me up. Very nice people! Good work at a reasonable price!

AMAZING!!! I was having multiple issues with my car.. Went to 3 different mechanics and they all told me different diagnosis.. Telling me it was going to be expensive to figure out what was wrong with my car. I took it to certified automotive and they figured out was wrong with my car and fixed it for alot cheaper then I expected. I'm so very happy and grateful for them. They are Amazing I recommend everyone to take there vehicle to them.
