As always, the folks at Certified Automotive are a class act. They go the extra mile, often attending to odds and ends without charging me. This time I needed my snow tires put on. I also had a screw loose on my driver side mirror. They fixed it without charging me. This is just one example, and it is the norm for them. It's refreshing to have a mechanic that you trust. Always on time, do great work. My car has not let me down in 9 years because of their care and extra checks that they give me. Their program may cost more, but I have never had to worry about breaking down or getting stranded.
