Been taking my vehicles there for 20 years. They do great work and back up everything they do. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, options, repair costs, down time, and with no spin!

Woke up to not being able to start my car. Randy was so helpful in helping me contact a towing company to jump my battery but I didn't know if the problem was my battery or alternator. The Certified Automotive team spent the time to determine that I did need a new battery. Great service, as always.

I always have a great experience at Certified Auto. I do not have to wait for my very often, but having the emmissions done was one. it is comfortable and quiet and I get to visit with my old friends.I have been going there a very long time. I am very impressed with their work ethics and great work they do.

I went to these guys at the recommendation of my friend (who is a really good home mechanic and very critical of shoddy or unethical service). The reason I took my car to them is I found out that the factory dealer misdiagnosed the repair (said I had a faulty battery and alternator). We'll, I had just purchased the battery a few months before, and in order to try and get it replaced, I had to go back to Walmart and get it tested. It tested fine, so I took it to two more places (Autozone and Certified Auto) and they also confirmed it was fine. I went to the factory dealer, told them to give me my keys (and I wasn't going to pay for a diagnosis), and I towed my car down to Certified Automotive late in the day on a Friday. Certified had it fixed before closing time, and still beat the factory dealer quote by $100 (excluding the additional $120 the factory was going to charge me unnecessarily for a replacing a good battery). From now on I'm going to go to Certified Auto first before I take anything to a factory dealership. The factory service techs aren't all bad, but I won't ever pay a premium unless I'm absolutely sure I'm getting more for the money (more than just empty talk).

If the other shops can't figure it out, take it here! Not particularly inexpensive, but very knowledgable and competent. The office staff is on the ball and you know up front what it will cost and what your options are. In my case they had to search for a used part (since the part is now out of production and no longer available) which came with a warranty. The free shuttle is nice too. Thx guys.

my exsperience was great, i called and reached a voicemail , they called right back and got me scheduled that day. The oil change only took a half hour, and they were very polite.

I love Certified Automotive! They are very helpful, yet honest. I went in just for a safety and emissions test, but they did a free inspection, but didn't pressure me to spend any more money than I was comfortable doing. They even called me a few days later to make sure my car was working just fine after my appointment with them. They have fantastic customer and employees who work there. I definitely recommend them!

High quality and dependable service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I live in the Ogden area and even though it is very inconvenient to go all the way to/from SLC, I wouldn't trust anyone else with our two vehicles. Sorry their radio show is no longer available.

Was searching for someone to repair an old bucket that was leaking fluids like a harpooned whale. Its like one of the family so I hate to get rid of it. After searching for several months for someone who could actually fix it, I remembered a radio program I had heard and made an appointment. They gave me the complete run down on all of the problems I had as well as the costs and they did no work before they had my approval. Now my driveway is clean and the rig runs better than it has in years and I will be a returning customer.
